Odal, the surprising collection from GU - Gudbrandsdalens Uldvarefabrik. This apparently plain collection actually has two colors. Thanks to an innovative technique, the contrasting colors emphasize the three-dimensionality of the weave pattern.
Due to the roughness of the surface and a sober graphic pattern, the fabric from the Odal collection has a high tactile quality.
Odal is mainly woven from new wool and a small part of polyamide. This collection scores particularly high on wear resistance (martindale). This makes this fabric very suitable for contract and private upholstery where there is a lot of movement. Offices, catering, theaters and libraries are just a few of the locations where Odal will feel very much at home.
In combination with its fire-retardant and lightfast qualities, this series can literally and figuratively be put in the spotlight.
Odal is manufactured in 18 colors that all show vibrancy and yet are stylish.
