✓ Shipping methods
We mainly ship parcels with Post NL, if you prefer a different delivery company, you can indicate this with your order. The costs for this may differ from the standard shipping costs.
✓ Shipping time
Shipping time is 5 to 8 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If we suspect that the shipping time has been delayed, we will always contact you personally.

Shipping costs for rolls of fabric start from €6,95 within the Netherlands. Shipping costs are free for an order value greater than €75. Minimum order excl. shipping costs: €10,00 |

✓ Returns
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return and/or exchange fabrics cut to size. This is in accordance with article 11 of our general terms and conditions. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to other products that have not been cut to size.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7,25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right you can contact us via info@dominikqmeubelstoffen.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
