Hemsedal is a sturdy furniture fabric from GU - Gudbrandsdalens Uldevarefabrik designed by the designer duo Anderssen & Voll.
The pattern is bold, striking, three-dimensional and, above all, sleek. Due to these distinctive properties, the textile emphasizes the shape of the furniture.
What is special about this fabric is that the pattern is enhanced by the use of two different yarns in different colors, giving the impression of floating threads.
This collection has been developed from virgin wool and polyamide, which provides a surprising score for wear resistance (109.000 martindale). In addition, Hemsedal is characterized by good lightfastness and fire-retardant factors.
Hemsedal has 14 shades, including both lighter and darker colors.
