Felpa fabrics fall under the Purus collection. This is a collection that brings together 9 variants of furniture fabrics Clarke & Clarke. The collections are characterized by fine weave patterns with mixed yarns in timeless fresh colors. All 9 Purus variants are fireproof and have a good score for wear resistance. In addition, Purus fabrics are finished with Aquaclean, which makes stains easy to clean with water and a cloth and is therefore very easy to maintain.
This also makes all fabrics very suitable for upholstering furniture, curtains and decorative applications. This applies both within the project industry and at home. The differences are small and are mainly due to the weaving methodtroon, the colors, wear resistance score and materials.
Felpa, together with Filum and Pianura, scores the same score on wear resistance (40.000 martindale).
Felpa is really characterized by its light and fresh color palette that offers a choice of mainly closely spaced sand tones, with a few exceptions for dark gray.
The weavertroon is the most refined. So refined that the eye has to do its best to distinguish different shades within the plain karaof this furniture fabric.
Last but not least, Felpa also has a high content of synthetic fibers, which gives this fabric a fine shine, which plays nicely with sunlight in the right location.
