Description
The Maine Line Flax collection from Camira Fabrics is a natural progression from Maine Line Plus Fabric. Building on our leading industrial bast fiber knowledge, they have developed a new flame retardant furniture fabric from sustainable sources.
Flax has been used for textiles for thousands of years because it is strong, long and soft
fibers can be found in the stem of the plant.
The fibers are spun in a mix of 75% wool and 25% flax. These are then dyed in a beautiful mix, creating interesting solid but also cross colors.
